ARTICLE I - INTRODUCTION
These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern all transactions carried out on the Orieden website, accessible at orieden.com. By validating an order, the customer accepts these GTC without reservation.

ARTICLE III - PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
The products and services offered for sale are those described on the site. The images and descriptions of the products are presented for information purposes only and may be subject to change without notice. In the event that a product is unavailable after the order, the customer will be informed by email and may either choose an equivalent product or cancel the order and obtain a refund.
ARTICLE IV - PRICES
Product prices are indicated in euros and include all applicable taxes. Delivery costs are calculated in addition and will be indicated before the final validation of the order. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but the prices applicable to the order will be those in effect at the time of purchase.
ARTICLE V - ORDER
The customer can place an order on the site by following the indicated order process. He must ensure the accuracy of the information provided (delivery address, contact details, etc.). The order will be confirmed by sending a confirmation email, after validation of the payment.
ARTICLE VI - PAYMENT
Payment for the products is made by credit card or paypal. Payment is due immediately upon ordering. The order will be shipped once payment is confirmed.
ARTICLE VII - DELIVERY
Products are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer. Delivery times are estimated between 3 and 15 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product page. In the event of a delay in delivery, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.
ARTICLE VIII - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, if the product is defective, reimbursement will be made after receipt and verification of the product.
ARTICLE IX - GUARANTEES
Products are guaranteed against any manufacturing defect or hidden defect for 30 days from receipt. In the event of a defective product, the customer must contact us as soon as possible to arrange a return or exchange.
ARTICLE X - LIABILITY
The site implements all means to ensure the quality of the products and services offered, but cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the products, such as loss of data, interruptions of activity, or other material or immaterial damage.
ARTICLE XI - PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the customer and we will endeavor to resolve the dispute amicably. Failing this, the competent courts will be those of our domicile, unless otherwise required.
